Appointment of Replacement Commissioner
David Lake moved to amend the agenda to move the Appointment of Replacement
Commissioner to the top of the agenda. Bruce White seconded. Motion passed
unanimously.
Paul Guenzler moved to appoint Scott Buxbaum as the District 2 Commissioner. David
Lake seconded. Motion passed.
The Oath of Office was read for Scott Buxbaum as District 2 Commissioner.
CITT Reports
Shane Hendrickson reported on the Troy Peters AgriMeter presentation, review of FIIPs
of RDA, usage to date, overview of the current operation model contract, and water use
efficiency interviews.
BIA Report
Nick Belcourt reported on reservoir levels, water ticketing and water orders beta in
Mission to ensure water accounting is accurate before RDAs are implemented, the
chemical contractor, CSKT assistance with pumping plant rehabilitation, FIIP approval
to hire from BIA, a requested copy of the budget, and a meeting to be held for 2028.

Casey Ryan and Liz Dempsey, Information and Education Program Manager, provided

Approval of Minutes
For the July Minutes, David Lake moved to amend the agenda, Bruce White seconded,
and the motion passed unanimously.
For the August Special Meeting Minutes, Bruce White moved to approve, David Lake
seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
Financials
Paul Guenzler moved to approve the warrants totaling $3,276.38. Bruce White
seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
Google Workspace Suite Adoption
The Standard plan was discussed at $14 per month. David Lake made a motion to
purchase one user, Scott Buxbaum seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
Public Comment & General Matters
Paul Guenzler discussed starting a cooperative agreement with CSKT and the
obligation with the Compact. He stated that 638 is the only way the Tribe will do it and
discussed seeing what the temperature is this time around.
Adjournment
David Lake moved to adjourn, Bruce White seconded, and the motion passed
unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 2:40 p.m.
